Anna Müller
Founder & Culinary Director
Anna is a trained chef with a passion for Central European cuisine and sustainable cooking practices. With over fifteen years in kitchens across Austria and Germany, she founded Nourishing Cuisine Learn to share evidence-based cooking education with home cooks who want to deepen their skills and understanding.
Stefan Köhler
Content & Research Lead
Stefan brings a researcher's mindset to food preparation education. His background in food science and journalism ensures our content is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. He works closely with instructors to develop curriculum that bridges technical culinary knowledge with practical home cooking.
Sarah Hoffmann
Community Manager
Sarah is the heart of our community engagement. She facilitates connections between our students, gathers feedback to improve our offerings, and works with instructors to design classes that meet real learner needs. Lead Instructor
