What skill level do I need to join?

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes welcome complete beginners through to experienced home cooks. The instructor tailors feedback and demonstrations to support everyone at their own level. We believe in meeting students where they are and helping them progress at a comfortable pace.

How many people are in each class?

We keep class sizes deliberately small—typically between 4 and 8 participants. This ensures everyone receives hands-on guidance, can ask questions freely, and feels part of an intimate community. Our teaching philosophy depends on this personal attention.

Do you provide ingredients, or should I bring my own?

All ingredients are provided as part of the class. We source high-quality produce and pantry staples from trusted suppliers in and around Graz. This ensures consistency and allows us to educate about ingredient selection and seasonal availability throughout each session.

What happens after class? Can I take recipes home?

Yes. Each participant receives detailed recipe notes, technique summaries, and sourcing guides relevant to that class. You'll also enjoy the meal you've prepared together in class. Many students keep their notes and build a personal collection of recipes and cooking wisdom over time.

How often are classes held?

Is there a dress code or anything else I should know?
